Using Quotation Marks with Set Path= Statement Fails (158824)

When you use the Set Path= statement and have the path in quotation marks,
executable programs that run within that path are not able to find
associated .dll files within that path.
CAUSE
When you use the Set Path= statement and have the path in quotation marks,
it will cause executable programs to run within that path, and will not be
able to find associated .dll files within that path.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT
version 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
