The volume level is noticeably lower in the following areas of the game:

The audio for the pumpkin on the ground -- farthest to the right -- is not consistent with the other pumpkins.
The beginning audio for the Doom Slide .avi file (movie) is barely audible.
When Lizzy is using the ring of RA, Dracula's last two sentences are not consistent with the rest of the dance sequence sounds.
