Mac Encarta 97: Cannot Install Fonts Through Custom Install (158088)

SYMPTOMS

You are unable install the fonts needed by Encarta 97 using the Custom Install option.

RESOLUTION

To install the required Encarta 97 fonts using the Custom Install option, do the following:
  1. On the compact disc, double-click the "Install Encarta 97 Encylopedia" icon. This runs Setup.
  2. From the drop down menu in the "Install Encarta 97 Encyclopedia" window, select "Custom Install".
  3. Select "Encarta 97 for Power Macintosh" or "Encarta 97 for 68K Macintosh".
  4. Click Install, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
