OFF: Error When You Remove Forms Object Library Reference (155207)

When you remove the reference to the "Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library"
in Visual Basic Editor, the following message appears:
Can't remove control or reference; in use
and you are unable to remove the reference from your project.
CAUSE
The "Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library" is required by the Visual Basic
Editor. The reference cannot be removed.
STATUS
This behavior is by design of Microsoft Excel 97 and Microsoft Excel 98
Macintosh Edition.
MORE INFORMATION
The References dialog box allows you to add or remove references to object
libraries or type libraries. When you add a reference, your Microsoft
Visual Basic for Applications project code can access the objects in the
library.
NOTE: After you add a reference to a library, the objects in the library
appear in the Object Browser.
