TMGR: Outdenting Tasks Causes Constraint or Deadline Date (153891)

After outdenting all subtasks, the task that was the summary now has a
Start Constraint or Deadline Date.
CAUSE
The task that became a summary task and then a nonsummary task had a Start
Constraint or a Deadline date before indenting the tasks below it.
Internally, the information is still stored, but Microsoft Team Manager
disables the displaying of the data and does not use it for scheduling
purposes. When the task again becomes a nonsummary task, Microsoft Team
Manager begins using the data for scheduling and displays the information.
