Changing the height of a people assignment row changes the height of
all task rows if the height of the task row has not been previously
modified. Changing the height of one assignment row is global; it is
reflected in all other assignment rows.
MORE INFORMATION
Individual task row heights are saved once they have been modified, and
changing the height of other task rows or assignment rows will not affect
it. All assignment row heights are always equal.
