TMGR: CTRL+TAB Will Not Cycle Through Dialog Box Tabs (153347)
The information in this article applies to:
This article was previously published under Q153347 SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Team Manager and Microsoft Team Manager for team members, the
CTRL+TAB and SHIFT+CTRL+TAB key combinations in most tabbed dialog boxes
do not cycle through the tabs as expected. Instead, they have the same
effect as pressing TAB and SHIFT+TAB.
CTRL+TAB and SHIFT+CTRL+TAB do behave as expected in the Team Manager
Move Views and More Subjects dialog boxes.
MORE INFORMATION
In many Windows-based applications, pressing the CTRL+TAB key combination
in a tabbed dialog box cycles through the tabs in the forward (left to
right) direction, and SHIFT+CTRL+TAB cycles in the reverse direction.
WORKAROUND
An alternative keyboard technique to cycle through the tabs in a dialog box
is to press the TAB key until one of the tabs is selected (has a dotted
line around the tab name), and then to press the LEFT or RIGHT ARROW keys.
