TMGR: Gridlines Not Printed When Option Enabled in Page Setup (152331)

SYMPTOMS

Gridlines are not printed, even when you click to select Gridlines under Print on the View tab in the Page Setup dialog box.

CAUSE

The Gridlines option in the Page Setup dialog box enables you to quickly enable or disable the printing of gridlines, but only if the gridlines are displayed in the view.

If you have not chosen to display gridlines in the view, enabling or disabling the Gridlines option in the Page Setup dialog box has no affect on the print job.

To display gridlines in a view, follow these steps:

  1. On the Format menu, click either Sheet or Timescale.
  2. In the Format Sheet dialog box, click to select Vertical Gridlines and/or Horizontal Gridlines, and then click OK.
