TMGR: ENTER Key in Personal Task List Doesn't Select Cell Down (149871)

In Microsoft Team Manager for team members, if you press the ENTER key
without editing the data in a cell, the active cell remains active. If you
edit the cell before pressing the ENTER key, then pressing the ENTER key
causes the next cell down to become active, assuming the cell you edited is
not already in the last row.
MORE INFORMATION
This is different from the behavior in Microsoft Team Manager tables, where
pressing the ENTER key always makes the next cell down active, regardless
of whether the original cell was edited first or not.
NOTE: The ARROW keys in Team Manager for team members work as expected and
can be used to move between cells.
