The Microsoft Plus! Inbox icon may be replaced with the standard Inbox icon after you install MSN, The Microsoft Network.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you install MSN after you install Microsoft Plus!.

RESOLUTION

Reinstall Microsoft Plus!.
