This article shows you how to create a sample user-defined Visual Basic
for Applications function to determine the current screen resolution.
You can use this function to determine if you are running in standard
VGA mode (640 x 480) or Super VGA mode (800 x 600 or 1024 x 768).
This article assumes that you are familiar with Visual Basic for
Applications and with creating Microsoft Access applications using the
programming tools provided with Microsoft Access. For more information
about Visual Basic for Applications, please refer to your version of the
"Building Applications with Microsoft Access" manual.
