PC Win: Err Msg: ...No Valid Message Recipients Supplied (148207)

When you send mail to a postoffice group that has been recently updated,
you may get the following Undeliverable Mail message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Date submitted:
Message title:
There were no valid message recipients supplied.
CAUSE
The above message can occur when you send mail to a postoffice group that
has been recently updated by the Microsoft Mail Administrator program.
WORKAROUND
Exit and log out of Mail for Windows that you sent the mail message from,
and restart the client to resolve the issue and allow the sender to send a
message to the group.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 3.2 and 3.5 of the
Microsoft Mail for Windows. A fix for this problem has been developed by
Microsoft.
