TMGR: Tutorial Always Starts with New Team File (148151)

When you create a new team file in Microsoft Team Manager, the Team Manager
Tutorial always starts. There is no setting in Team Manager that controls
whether or not the tutorial starts.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Team Manager
