SYMPTOMS

When you save a Creative Writer file to floppy disk, make changes to the file, and then save just the new file, you see more than one file with the same name on the disk.

STATUS

Creative Writer does not delete the old version of the file when saved to a non-fixed drive, (floppy disk or a network drive).

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in programs listed at the top of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
