XCLN: CTRL+Dragging Mouse Pointer Loses Previous Selection (147516)

When you try to select more than one item using the CTRL key and dragging
the mouse pointer, the previously selected items will be unselected.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange version
4.0 MS-DOS client. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
