Can't Change Page Size of Restored Envelope Merge Document (147168)

After you restore an envelope mail merge document to a normal Word
document, you are unable to change the paper size. That is, the document
retains the envelope paper size. Changing the Custom Size information does
not have an affect on the document.
WORKAROUND
Select the text you want to copy and paste it in a new document. If you
want to copy all the text in the document, do not include the final
paragraph mark in your selection. Including the final paragraph mark in
your selection will copy the unwanted envelope formatting.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATION
To restore a mail merge document to a normal Word document, click the Mail
Merge Helper button on the Mail Merge toolbar. Click the Create button and
select Restore To Normal Word Document.
