XCLN: Shortcut Key Does Not Switch Focus (146457)

After you assign a shortcut key to the Exchange icon in Program Manager,
you cannot switch focus when you try to invoke Exchange from another
application; invoking the shortcut key when any application other than
Program Manager has the focus does not work.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange version
4.0 Windows and Windows NT clients. We are researching this problem and
will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it
becomes available.
