When you click the File menu, some of the files on the Most Recently Used
File list (MRU) at the bottom of the File menu are shown with their full
path location, while other files show only the filename.
Word determines whether to show the full path based on whether the files
are in the folder that is opened when you click Open on the File menu.
Those files which are located in that folder are shown with only their file
names; all others are shown with the full path and file names.
There is no option to change whether Word displays the full path of
documents on the MRU list.
