ACC95: "Invalid Page Fault in MSSETUP.DLL" Error Message (141293)

SYMPTOMS
When you try to install Microsoft Access version 7.0, you may receive one
of the following error messages:
Insufficient memory.
-or-
This application has performed an illegal operation and will be shut
down.
If you click the Details button, you see the following information:
Invalid Page Fault in MSSETUP.DLL
CAUSE
If you are using a Micron Computer, the problem may be caused by an
outdated BIOS.
RESOLUTION
Contact Micron to inquire about obtaining an updated BIOS.
