Cannot Connect to WinDbgRm (140718)

SYMPTOMS

If you changed the transport layer from the Startup default setting in WinDbgRm, you must select the Default Transport Layer option, quit WinDbgRm, and then restart WinDbgRm.

If you failed the connection, you receive the following error message:
Transport DLL 'tlxxx.dll xxx windbg' cannot connect to remote.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design.
