SYMPTOMS

When you print reports in Microsoft Money, some of the information on the right side of the report may be cut off or may appear garbled.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because when you first install Money, the default font may not be set for reports.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, set the font for your reports. To do this, use the appropriate method for your version of Money.

If You Are Using Money 98 or Later

  1. On the navigation bar, click Reports, and then click Reports Gallery.

Money 98, 99, and 2000 users, just click Reports.
  2. Select the report type and title that you want to create, and then click Go To Report/Chart.
  3. If you are in a chart view, click the Report icon in the lower-left corner to view the data as a report.
  4. Click Customize.

In the Customize Report dialog box, click the Fonts tab, or click the Fonts button in Money 98.
  5. Select a font from the list, and then click OK.

    A suggested font is Arial.
