RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, remove both Microsoft Office and Small Business
Pack from the drive partition (or the alternate drive) and reinstall them
both to the drive where Windows is installed. For example, remove Microsoft
Office and Small Business Pack from the D drive, and reinstall them to the
C drive.
If you receive the invalid page fault error message, you may be able to
temporarily work around this situation by doing the following:
- Rename the Setup.stf file that is located in the in the MSOffice\Small
Business Pack\Setup folder (the default location of this file) to
Setup.xxx.
- Run the Small Business Pack Setup program from Disk 1 and install it to
the same folder where you previously installed Small Business Pack.
