The NBF (NetBEUI) transport uses SendPacketPoolSize and
ReceivePacketPoolSize parameters to limit the maximum number of send and
receive packets it dynamically allocates. If send and receive packet
exhausted errors occur frequently, you may need to increment the values of
these parameters.
