SP3 Makes Server Manager in Resource Kit Unusable (124398)

When you install U.S. Service Pack 3 on a Windows NT 3.1 server or
workstation, the Server Manager for Domains utility becomes unusable. The
following error message appears when you attempt to run the Server
Manager:
The procedure entry point NukeUsersSession__9LM_SRVRESSF4T could not be
located in the Dynamic Link Library LMUICMN1.DLL.
When you choose the OK button to clear that message, the following STOP
message appears:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000139). Click on OK
to terminate application.
You can then see that this file exists in the SYSTEM32 directory.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1. We
are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
