Cannot Select Picture Frame Properties Before Drawing Frame (124187)

SYMPTOMS

When you select the Picture Frame tool and then immediately select Picture Frame Properties from the Layout Menu, the Wrap Text Around option defaults to Entire Frame, and the Picture Only option is not available (dimmed).

CAUSE

You must draw the frame before you can select the Picture Only option.

RESOLUTION

To enable the Wrap Text Around Picture Only option:
  1. Select the Picture Frame tool.
  2. Draw the frame in the desired location.
  3. From the Format menu (Layout in 2.0), choose Picture Frame Properties.
  4. Select the desired option, Entire Frame or Picture Only.
