Envelopes and mailing labels will not print properly if the merge section
above the page break does not end with a paragraph mark (for example, it
ends in an end-of-line mark or no mark at all). The last field will not
merge properly, and will print the field name instead of the data.
RESOLUTION
To correct this situation, replace the end-of-line mark with a
paragraph mark (carriage return).
MORE INFORMATION
To see the end-of-line mark, choose All Characters from the View
menu. An end-of-line mark looks like a crooked arrow. The paragraph mark
looks like a backwards P. A paragraph mark is inserted by pressing the
ENTER key. An end-of-line mark is inserted by pressing SHIFT+ENTER.
This behavior does not occur when printing form letters.
NOTE: In addition to the above problem, replacing the paragraph mark
with an end-of-line mark on an envelope removes the indent, causing the
mailing address to return to the left margin.
