SYMPTOMS
Works may return the error
Integer Divide by Zero or Overflow Error
when you do one of the following:
- Click Print or Print Preview on the File menu.
- Click Options on the Tools menu.
- Open a file in Works.
- Select a new font for a Works file.
- Start Works.
This error can be caused by any of the following conditions:
A Corrupt or Incompatible Printer Driver
The following drivers have been reported to cause this problem:
Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet Series driver version 2.0 or 2.1.
Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 500 Series driver version 4.0
Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 520 driver version 4.0
Hewlett-Packard (HP) DesignJet
Hewlett-Packard (HP) Deskjet 320
LaserMaster 1800PMR
Linotronic 530
Linotronic 330
NEC SilentWriter 95F versionb 2011.111
Panasonic KX-P1180
Panasonic KX-P2023 (Windows NT)
Xerox 4003 & 4004
The Primavera Plot driver that installs with the Primavera for
Windows scheduling program.
The driver installed by Atech Software's Publisher's PowerPak
This problem has not been confirmed with all versions of the above drivers.
