SUMMARY

In Works 2.0, selecting the Printer icon on the toolbar to print your document opens the Print dialog box, which allows you to specify a particular range, the number of copies, and draft quality.

In Works 3.0, 4.0, 4.5, and 4.5a, selecting the Printer icon on the toolbar to print your document bypasses the Print dialog box. Consequently, it sends the print job directly to the printer, using your current printer settings.

If you'd like to make a change to your current printer settings, click Print from the File menu.

This functionality was changed in versions 3.0 and later to enable you to quickly print your document.
