Print Jobs Incomplete or Corrupt with Serial Printing (112016)

When you print to a serial printer, especially at baud rates above 2400,
data may be lost and print jobs may be incomplete or corrupt.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the Windows NT kernel does not pass flow control
information from the serial port(s) to Print Manager correctly.
RESOLUTION
A change was made to KERNEL32.DLL to correctly pass hardware flow control
to Print Manager.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem has been corrected in the latest
U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version
3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following
