SUMMARY

The UltraStor 14f SCSI controller has EPROM chip upgrades available.

UltraStor has EPROM chip upgrades available for the U4 chip and for the U29 chip on the controller. These upgrades bring the revision level of the chips up to 006 for the U4 chip and 005 for the U29 chip. UltraStor recommends the upgrade if you are having trouble installing Windows NT.

You can obtain the ugrades by calling UltraStor at (510) 623-8955, or you can download the binaries from their BBS at (510) 623-9091 (2400 through 14.4,8,N,1) and burn the chips yourself.
