You may encounter a situation in which you cannot run any 16-bit
Windows-based applications.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you have manually edited the wowcmdline in
the registry and left trailing spaces.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, edit the wowcmdline in the registry and
remove any trailing spaces.
