Hitachi DK23CA-20 or DK23CA-30 model hard drive To determine your hard drive model, open Windows Device Manager and look in the Disk Drives folder. The hard drive manufacturer and model will be listed there. |

HOW TO USE: |
1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. 2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 3. The softpaq contains both a utility to create a bootable diskette or a bootable CD. 4. Launch the QRSTBATCH.BAT file to create the diskette -OR- Use the included HFW_A0J2.ISO file to burn a bootable CD using a CD-R/RW drive and CD Writer software.
