TITLE: Windows XP IntelIDE.sys File Update for ICH-4 Support

DESCRIPTION:
This fixes a problem under Windows XP Home and Professional on a computer with 
an Intel ICH4 southbridge.  The driver that is used for the IDE controller may 
be the generic Pciide.sys driver instead of the correct Intelide.sys driver.  
If the computer has hot-swappable drive bays, the computer may stop responding 
when you swap between two ultra DMA devices.  This occurs because Pciide.sys 
does not support this type of swapping.

This is not needed for systems with Service Pack 1.
