PREREQUISITES: 
Must be installed by an account with Administrator priviledges.  If a user
account is created on a system after the driver has been installed and that
new user account does not have Administrator priviledges, the driver must be
re-installed.
 
HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
