INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 
HOW TO USE: 

Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file 
downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq 
Number above.

Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

The files are placed in the directory C:\SP21329.  
If you wish to install Netwaiting, go to C:\SP21329\NW. Execute the file 
"Setup.exe". If you wish to install Modem Xpert, go to the directory 
C:\Sp21329\MX and execute the file "Setup.exe".
