This directory on previous Firmware CDROMs contained "4k Packet" firmware for
the CIXCD adapter. Because of problems that caused lost virtual circuits
and system hangs this directory will no longer contains the "4k Packet"
firmware. If you have installed this firmware we recommend that you install the
standard "non-4k packet" firmware included on this CD for VAX systems. 

Version V4A contains a new fix that caused one customer to experience a hung
command queue. If your VAX system has two or more CIXCD adapters you should
upgrade to this new version.
