This is an updated OEMSETUP.INF file for the Speed Star Pro. This fixes a configuration problem 

when setting the driver to 1024x768 16 colors. With the previous OEMSETUP.INF when 1024x768 16 

colors was selected the card actually came up in 1280x1024.
