Orchid Technology Celsius Driver Release v1.32 -------------------------------- The file you downloaded, CEL.EXE contains the complete Celsius driver disk v1.32. This file contains instructions for installing the Celsius drivers you have just downloaded. You have already completed the first step, by unpacking the CEL file and reading this. When you unpack CEL.EXE you should have the following files: DISK ID 28 11-16-93 10:00a CELSIUS 001 771826 06-07-94 5:33p INSTALL DAT 33693 11-16-93 10:00a INSTALL HLP 64449 11-04-93 10:00a CINSTALL EXE 109329 08-10-92 10:00a DACCHK EXE 589 10-04-93 10:00a README 1ST 2934 08-03-94 1. Copy all these files to a blank floppy disk. 2. Log onto your floppy drive and run the CINSTALL.EXE program to install the driver files to your hard drive. You should run CINSTALL.EXE from DOS, not from Windows. The CINSTALL.EXE program is menu driven, and fairly self explanatory. If you have questions during any part of the installation process, press the F1 key for context sensitive help. The drivers on this disk are for DOS and Windows. If you need drivers for OS/2 or Windows NT check the Orchid BBS (510)683-0327 or Orchid's library on CompuServe. NOTE: ----- Since the release of the v1.32 disk, there has been an update to one of the files used for the Windows drivers. I have packed that new file into this BBS and CompuServe release of the driver, so technically speaking these drivers are a little different than the official v1.32 release disk. The updated file is CELSETUP.CPL. You don't see it in the file listing above because it's compressed into the file CELSIUS.001 (which IS listed above). You'll see the file in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ directory if you install the Windows driver.
