              MasterCAD v1.29 Supplemental Release

The file you have downloaded CAD42.EXE contains MasterCAD drivers 
v1.29 for the Orchid Celsius board with AutoDesk software, 
including AutoCAD release 11, 12 and 13, 3D Studio release 1 
through 4, and AutoShade 2.1.  These drivers conform to the 
AutoDesk Interface standard v4.2 (ADI 4.2).  This readme file 
contains instructions for installing the drivers.  You have 
already completed the first step, by unpacking the CAD42.EXE file 
and reading this.  


When you unpack CAD42.EXE you should have the following files:

Using these drivers with AutoCAD r11
------------------------------------

1.  Copy the files listed above to your AutoCAD directory.  That 
directory will probably be called ACAD, but may be called 
something different.

2.  Add the following line to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, change the 
pathname accordingly if your directory name isn't ACAD, or if 
your AutoCAD directory isn't on drive C:.

SET DSPAPI=C:\ACAD\RCELSIUS.EXP

3.  Follow the instructions in the file MANUAL.TXT, from the 
section titled "AutoCAD Release 11 configuration".



Using these drivers with AutoCAD r12 and r13
--------------------------------------------
1.  Copy the files listed above to the \DRV subdirectory of your 
AutoCAD directory.  

2.  Add the following line to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, change the 
pathname accordingly for your AutoCAD directory name, and change 
the drive letter if your AutoCAD directory isn't on drive C:.

SET ACADDRV=C:\ACADR12\DRV

3.  Follow the instructions in the file MANUAL.TXT, from the 
section titled "AutoCAD Release 12 and 13 configuration".



Using these drivers with 3D Studio 
(all versions)
----------------------------------
1.  Copy the files listed above to your 3D Studio directory, 
usually called 3DS.  

2.  Add the following lines to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, change the 
pathname accordingly if your directory name isn't 3DS, or if your 
3D Studio directory isn't on drive C:.

SET DSPADI=C:\3DS\RCELSIUS.EXP
SET RDPADI=C:\3DS\RCELSIUS.EXP
SET RCPADI=C:\3DS\RCELSIUS.EXP

3.  Follow the instructions in the file MANUAL.TXT, from the 
section titled "3D Studio 1.0 Configuration" or "3D Studio 2.0 
Configuration", depending on which version of the program you're 
using.



Using these drivers with AutoShade
----------------------------------
1.  Copy the files listed above to your AutoShade directory, 
usually called \SHADE.

2.  Add the following lines to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, change the 
pathname accordingly if your directory name isn't SHADE, or if 
your AutoShade directory isn't on drive C:.

SET SHADE=C:\SHADE\RMANSUPT
SET RDPADI=C:\SHADE\RCELSIUS.EXP
SET RCPADI=C:\SHADE\RCELSIUS.EXP


3.  Follow the instructions in the file MANUAL.TXT, from the 
section titled "AutoShade Configuration".


Changes in this Release
-----------------------
The new MasterCAD driver supports AutoCAD release 11 through 13, 
3D Studio 1.0 through 4.0, and AutoShade 2.1.  The new MasterCAD 
AutoCAD device driver now includes Aquila Plus, a full featured 
AutoCAD device driver!  The new driver offers the following 
features:
