	1. DTS JAGae67279
	The STM hardware monitor, dm_ses_enclosure, does not
	properly poll for a A6255A/DS2405 that is connected with 2
	or more controllers to a system.

	PHSS_28621:
	1. DTS JAGae57151
	STM hardware monitors, armmon & fc60mon, die with SIGSEGV
	when message catalog is not found.

	2. DTS JAGae58906
	Incorrect descriptive events are generated by the STM
	fibre channel tachlite hardware monitor, dm_TL_adapter.

	3. DTS JAGae55776
	STM daemon diagmond takes significant amount of time to
	generate the map of devices when system is configured with
	EMC disk drives/arrays. This problem can delay boot
	completion by over 20 minutes. Each scsi_array can take
	around 1 second to before becoming visible in the STM
	system map until diagmond completes mapping activity.

	STM hardware monitor dm_ses_enclosure, polls and receives
	incorrect device list information for a A6255A array when
	connected with 2 or more controllers to a system, so it
	attempts to loop and does not get the correct information.

	PHSS_28621:
	1. DTS JAGae57151
	The problem typically occurs when the default locale (C) is
	not set.  The dying armmon & fc60mon monitor processes lead
	to high system loads since they are repeatedly restarted
	and perform a system I/O scan each restart.

	2. DTS JAGae58906
	The 11.00 Fibre Channel 'td' driver event message error
	numbers logged to the diagnostics subsystem are not
	syncronized with the error numbers defined in the
	dm_TL_adapter.
	This will cause incorrect descriptive events as generated
	by the 11.00 dm_TL_adapter to be different and incorrect
	from what is expected by the driver.

	3. DTS JAGae55776
	STM daemon diagmond takes too long to scan a system with
	EMC drives/arrays.  A message similar to the following may
	be observed via the STM scsi disk hardware monitors:
	Event 391 occurs with the following description
	Request for
	resource "/storage/status/disks/default/0_0_2_0.6.0" by
	client "HP_EMS_GUI" has been rejected due to RM_NOT_READY.
	Request will be re-issued later.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:
