PHSS_27490: Consolidated Patch PHSS_27483: PTSfc02643: For all TT operations in the GUIC the tr_client binary will dump core after completing the operations. This is just before the tr_client exits. PTSfc02700: The alarms on a7site MOC with alarm type = EXCEPTION are dropped (marked invalid) at the logger level. PHSS_26435: Consolidated Patch PHSS_26427: PTSfc02595: Metrica graph and report does not lauch if the object's a) fdn has space in it. b) MOC is a sub string of another MOC. c) Metrica equipment name is a sub string of another equipment name. PHSS_25804: Consolidated Patch PHSS_25798: PTSfc02003: If the metrica equipment name has space in it then the alarms sent by those equipment names are dropped by the FMS metrica adapter and the "Display graph" and "Display report" operation in the GUIC for the corresponding SA object fails. PHSS_25332: Consolidated Patch PHSS_25303: PTSfc02052: There is a problem between the TMN Metrica integration module and the PAS System for alarm collection. As soon as the PAS side of the connection is restarted, the TMN Metrica Integration Module maintains a connection and does not release the port it connected on. Once the PAS side restarts, it normally dynamically assigns a new port number , but because we are still listening on the previous port, we get no alarms. This looks like a problem on the TMN Metrica Integration Module. Expected result: We expect that HP must investigate the Metrica Integration Module and fix the bug that causes the software to maintain the connection when the PAS side has been restarted. It should effectively also drop connection when it sees that the PAS side is down and attempt to reconnect every couple of minutes. PHSS_24595: PTSfc01886: The problem occurs in a multisite installation where the problem conditions on a trouble ticket come from multiple FMS's and the problem conditions are owned by different operators. When the trouble ticket is closed in the ARS system some/none of the problem conditions are discharged. PTSfc01890: The creation of a trouble ticket fails because one of the required fields is empty. Defect Description: PHSS_28291: Cumulative Consolidated Patch Resolution: Cumulative Consolidated Patch PHSS_28284: PTSfc02414: The local probable cause value of "0" was not handled in the Metrica adapter. Resolution: The adapter code is modified to take care of this case. PHSS_27490: Consolidated Patch PHSS_27483: PTSfc02643: For all trouble ticket operation in the GUIC the tr_client binary dumps core. Resolution: The tr_client code has been modified to solve this problem. PTSfc02700: The a7dc is not converting the binary alarms generated from a7site properly. Resolution: The conversion code has been modified to fix the defect. PHSS_26435: Consolidated Patch PHSS_26427: PTSfc02595: Metrica graph and report does not lauch if the object's a) fdn has space in it. b) MOC is a sub string of another MOC. c) Metrica equipment name is a sub string of another equipment name. Resolution: The two scripts oemfnprgraph.sh and oemfnprreport.sh have been modified to take care for these special objects. PHSS_25804: Consolidated Patch PHSS_25798: PTSfc02003: Metrica equipment name with spaces are not supported by OVCA-Metrica integration. The FMS metrica adapter is not printing its usage properly when no options are specified. Resolution: The Metrica adapter binary and the scripts that use the Metrica equipment name are modified to take care of Metrica equipment names with spaces also. The FMS metrica adapter binary is changed to print the correct usage message. PHSS_25332: Consolidated Patch PHSS_25303: PTSfc02052: To reproduce the defect start the SA Metrica adapter and the Metrica server. Send some alarms from the Metrica server to the FMS server.Stop the Metrica server and start it again. Send some more alarms from the metrica server. The alarms send after stoping & starting server is not coming to the FMS means the problem is there still. Resolution: PTSfc02052: Whenever trying to read alarms from the metrica server check for broken connection. If the connection is broken then reestablish it again. PHSS_24595: PTSfc01886: When the trouble ticket is closed in the ARS system some/none of the problem conditions are discharged. PTSfc01890: This problem occurs because the problem condition in the OVC/A field that corresponds to the required field in the trouble ticket is empty. The new default schema has as few required fields as the ARS system will allow. Resolution: PTSfc01886: discharge_group call is modified to get the OID from the pcInfo array, not the oids array. PTSfc01890: The schema is modified to change the required fields to optional fields.
