Symptoms:
	PHSS_26268:
	1. DTS JAGae04913 and JAGad99544
	On Superdome systems with iCOD processors when the LPMC
	monitor, lpmc_em, deactivates a processor then one of the
	iCOD processors is not activated since the monitor is
	thinks there are no spare iCOD processors. The monitor also
	logs an error about incorrect data being received from
	diaglogd into the api.log.
	2. DTS JAGae07008
	Patch PHSS_24806 fixed two problems.  One of them is that
	the event severity codes in
	/var/stm/config/tools/monitor/default_dm_chassis.log were
	lower case and needed to be upper case.
	While the patch ships a new corrected
	default_dm_core_chassis.clcfg file, it is installed in
	/usr/newconfig and is not copied over to the final
	location.  Consequently the original problem still occurs.

	PHSS_24806:
	1. DTS JAGad83819
	An STM user is never able to connect to a system that
	supports shadow passwords.
	2. DTS JAGad77204
	The chassis code monitor (dm_chassis) will never generate an
	event for chassis codes received from the chassis code
	logging daemon (cclogd).

Defect Description:
	PHSS_26268:
	1. DTS JAGae04913 and JAGad99544
	On SuperDome systems, the number of iCOD CPUs is not stored
	in the same location in the NVRAM. For this reason, the CPU
	library routine to access the number of iCOD processor
	fails, and monitor is led to think that there are no iCOD
	CPUs. Therefore, during Dynamic Processor Resiliency
	(DPR) action, no spare processor is activated.
	2. DTS JAGae07008
	The problem was in the PHSS_24806 patch installation which
	did not properly overlay the dm_chassis configuration
	information into the correct location.

	PHSS_24806:
	1. DTS JAGad83819
	A user is not able to remotely run any of the STM tools on a
	system that supports shadow passwords.
	2. DTS JAGad77204
	The dm_chassis monitor will run, but will never generate an
	event.  When a chassis code is read by the monitor, it will
	attempt to generate the event, but fail due to invalid
	entries in the configuration file.  Instead of an EMS event,
	an error is logged in the api.log file.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHSS_26268

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHSS_26268.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHSS_26268.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, include the patch_save_files
