Defect Description: PHSS_21075: The fixes to CR JAGaa91702 encovered a design flaw in the macro in in 64 bit mode. The special case for __builtin_va_start was mistakenly not added because it was not needed for C. Because of aC++'s special parameter passing for non-PODs and for reference parameters, the aC++ compiler needs to special case them. Inserting types in namespace std was not supported for aC++.
