Symptoms:
	PHSS_15095:
	If the user forms a SoftBench EDIT request of a file with a
	multi-byte name, the editor will load an empty buffer and
	give that buffer the requested name. If a file with multi-
	byte contents is loaded with the SoftXEmacs file dialog, its
	contents will be unreadable. If multi-byte contents are
	entered into a SoftXEmacs buffer and the buffer is saved to
	disk, the disk file contents will be incorrect.  The files
	included in this patch corect this Japanese language multi-
	byte character processing problem.

Defect Description:
	PHSS_15095:
	GNU XEmacs, the integrated editor shipped with SoftBench
	6.X, has been upgraded to version 20.4. This version is
	unable to correctly select it's internal language mode
	based on the user's $LANG environment variable.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHSS_15095

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHSS_15095.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHSS_15095.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, use the patch_save_files option:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -x patch_save_files=false -s /tmp/PHSS_15095.depot

	WARNING: If patch_save_files is false when a patch is installed,
		 the patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.
