Symptoms:
	PHNE_15006:
	When product J1592AA (HP Domain Service Control) is
	installed on the same system as a Netscape Enterprise 3.x or
	Fasttrack 3.x server then server restarts will not work if:
	1- J1592AA is installed after the Netscape server, AND
	2- the Netscape server is installed in the locations:
	       /opt/ns-ftrack or /opt/ns-enterpise3
	The problem shows itself in two ways:
	1- When you change a value via Netscape's Admin server and
	   attempt to save the change, the Admin server restarts
	   the Enterprise or Fasttrack server.  The restart fails.
	2- You run the restart command for the server.  In this
	   case the restart command silently fails and so does the
	   Netscape server.

Defect Description:
	PHNE_15006:
	The HP Admission Control (HPAC) of HP Domain Service Control
	contains a software bug.  To reproduce the problem run:
	/opt/ns-enterprise3/https-<servername>/start or
	/opt/ns-ftrack/httpd-<servername>/start
	Next issue the restart command for the chosen server. The
	server will not restart, but instead will silently
	terminate operation.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHNE_15006

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHNE_15006.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHNE_15006.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, use the patch_save_files option:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -x patch_save_files=false -s /tmp/PHNE_15006.depot

	WARNING: If patch_save_files is false when a patch is installed,
		 the patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	For future reference, the contents of the PHNE_15006.text file is 
	available in the product readme:

		swlist -l product -a readme -d @ /tmp/PHNE_15006.depot

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:
