Defect Description: PHKL_29764: ( SR:8606314488 CR:JAGae77255 ) Under some circumstances, fstyp(1M) hangs when it is invoked on the swap volume. This happens when we replace the physical disk on which we have the swap volume, restart the system and invoke fstyp(1M) on it. This happens because the buffer, which is used to read the volume, is not released correctly in the error handling code path of the kernel. Resolution: The error handling code of the kernel has been modified to release the buffer approprately.
