Defect Description: PHKL_29335: ( SR:8606307276 CR:JAGae70309 ) If writes to a file are non-sequential or random, as in the case with NFS and sparse files, VxFS may fail to get an extent of a certain size when writing to a hole due to excessive fragmentation. Resolution: VxFS now manages the file on disk layout three and above such that writing to a hole in the file can allocate multiple smaller sized extents.
