	PHKL_27080:

	JFS3.1 hangs while freezing the file system.  Some of the
	instances when a file system freezes and thus this hang may
	occur are during a quota check, resize of the file system,
	upgrade of the file system, or file system sync.

	The top of the stack trace will look like:

	vx_freeze_level+0xd0
	vx_freeze+0x14

Defect Description:
	PHKL_27080:
	( SR:8606194431 CR:JAGad63639 )
	The hang occurs because of an infinite loop in
	vx_busy_wait() due to the wrong data type being
	used for the loop counter.

	Resolution:
	Corrected the data type of the loop counter.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHKL_27080

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHKL_27080.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHKL_27080.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, include the patch_save_files
	option in the swinstall command above:

		-x patch_save_files=false

	WARNING: If patch_save_files is false when a patch is installed,
		 the patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	For future reference, the contents of the PHKL_27080.text file is 
	available in the product readme:

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
