Defect Description: PHKL_26318: ( SR:8606207548 CR:JAGad76724 ) A rare, corner case timing issue when a debug thread context switches during a fork/vfork operation may cause stack corruption and the subsequent instruction page fault panic upon resumption. It is very rare that a debug thread will manage to get into the fork/vfork/context switch combination that results in stack corruption. It was encountered only in very intensive HP-internal system testing. HP knows of no customer encountering this problem. Resolution: The context switch code was modified to correctly handle this corner case and prevent any stack corruption.
