Defect Description: PHKL_20016: Only one of the two processors of a G70, H70, or I70 system is installed after patch PHKL_18543 is installed. The seconnd CPU is missing. This can be verified either by ioscan or q4. This is caused by the fact that cb_insert_mulde is not aware of PCXT-HYDRA processor board. Resolution: added code to cb_insert_mulde to properly handle the PCXT-HYDRA processor board.
