Symptoms:
	PHKL_20016:
	On dual processor G70, H70, and I70 systems, after
	installing patch PHKL_18543, the following error messages
	are displayed during boot:

	Line 190 in /ux/core/kern/io/mod_object.c:
	cb_insert_module - mod 0x00626ea0 entry 0x00626e60
	hw 0x00550240

	Line 1557 in /ux/core/kern/io/pa_legacy_psm.c: pa_scan -
	could not insert PA module: 0x

	After the system is up, ioscan shows only one processor.

Defect Description:
	PHKL_20016:
	Only one of the two processors of a G70, H70, or I70 system
	is installed after patch PHKL_18543 is installed.  The
	seconnd CPU is missing.  This can be verified either by
	ioscan or q4.  This is caused by the fact that
	cb_insert_mulde is not aware of PCXT-HYDRA processor board.

	Resolution: added code to cb_insert_mulde to properly
	handle the PCXT-HYDRA processor board.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHKL_20016

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHKL_20016.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHKL_20016.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, use the patch_save_files option:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -x patch_save_files=false -s /tmp/PHKL_20016.depot

	WARNING: If patch_save_files is false when a patch is installed,
		 the patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	For future reference, the contents of the PHKL_20016.text file is 
	available in the product readme:

		swlist -l product -a readme -d @ /tmp/PHKL_20016.depot

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:
